• How can I know if there are hidden sticky notes or not?
The color of the FriiStickyNotes tray icon depends on if there are hidden notes or not. Red tray icon indicates there are some hidden notes; the tray icon becomes blue when all notes are shown. If you want to know how many notes are hidden, see ToolTip (also contain information about number of shown notes and total number of notes) or click on the Free Sticky Notes tray icon, select Notes|Show/Hide and you will be presented with a list of notes. All hidden notes are not marked with a (v) check mark.

Numbered Lists
Working with note's text you can create numbered lists or add numbers to existing text.
Create a numbered list
• Right-click the note and select Body -> Paragraph.
• In the 'Paragraph Settings' window, open the 'Bulleted and Numbered Lists' drop-down menu and select a numbered list format.
• Type the text and press Enter.
To end the numbered list, press the Enter button twice
Add numbers to existing text
• Select the text you want to add bullets or numbering to.
• Right-click the note and select Body -> Paragraph.
• In the 'Paragraph Settings' window, open the 'Bulleted and Numbered Lists' drop-down menu and select the format you want.
Remove numbers
• Select the text.
• Right-click on the selected text and select Body -> Paragraph.
• In the 'Paragraph Settings' window, open the 'Bulleted and Numbered Lists' drop-down menu and select 'None'.
