• How can I know if there are hidden sticky notes or not?
The color of the FriiStickyNotes tray icon depends on if there are hidden notes or not. Red tray icon indicates there are some hidden notes; the tray icon becomes blue when all notes are shown. If you want to know how many notes are hidden, see ToolTip (also contain information about number of shown notes and total number of notes) or click on the Free Sticky Notes tray icon, select Notes|Show/Hide and you will be presented with a list of notes. All hidden notes are not marked with a (v) check mark.

Save sticky notes
Free Sticky Notes automatically saves notes when you switch to another note, change note settings, program settings or when you exit the program. You can also use the 'Save All' option to save your information while your work. Using the 'Auto Save Data' option, you may set how often you want the program saves your data.
Save All - saves notes database and program settings with one click. You can use the 'Save All' option to save your information while your work
Double-click on the program desktop icon and select 'Save All'
Free Sticky Notes allows you to save notes in different formats:
Save a note in txt and rtf formats
Right-click on the note and select Save -> Save note.
Save a note in bmp and jpg formats
Right-click on the note and select Save -> Save as picture.
