To create a new sticky note by hot key, press Ctrl+N. If you want to define your own hotkey combination
• Select Properties|Default settings in the Free Sticky Notes tray menu.
• Enter a new hotkey combination and click OK.

Send Notes via Email
Using Free Sticky Notes you can send notes via email to any email address. The email will be created using your default email client. Recipient will receive your note in the form of email with note's title as subject and note's body as email text.
How to send notes via email:
• Go to the note you want to send.
• Right-click the note and select 'Send note' item from the context menu.
• Put the radio button for 'Send Note via Email' option.

 Note: You can specify multiple recipients by typing more than one email address separating with a comma (',')

• Enter recipient's email address
• Click 'Send' button.
• Created email appears. You should send it.
 Back to 'Send Notes'
